The duality is always there. The whole universe manifests in duality. In other words contradictions.
Pick anything. There is a duality.
If you try to be some being, the non-being will also arise.
As you try to become something (or others make you become), anything, there will arise in you (or in others) your un-becoming of same thing.
There is no escape. Except to be just aware. With the awareness grounded in the infinite being that stays so still with all the becoming and un-becoming happening in it.
