4 Foundations of Mindfulness



The Four Foundations of Mindfulness provide the basic meditation manual, as taught by the Buddha.
  • Contemplation of the body (Kaya)
  • Contemplation of the feelings (Vedana)
  • Contemplation of the mind (Citta)
  • Contemplation of the mind objects (Dhamma)
